I directed and did the visuals for the music video for the song “Aurinko sualtaa mun pään” by the Helsinki based rock band Lala Salama. I’ve worked with Roosa before, and she gave me enough freedom to experiment. This song is about forgetting someone that was once really special for you. I wanted to encapsulate that sensation that we experience when memories change, thus we became uncertain about what was real and what was in our heads.

The core idea was to re-imagine trips that the members of the band had had. I used a custom version of Stable Diffusion using the ComfyUI platform to re-render, remix, and create new version of the clips of these trips. You can find the actual workflow that I used below.
